Done at Black Rose Tattoo in Deerfield Beach, FL by Paul Schnell. I got it on May 26th with mom who got one also. It’s on the side of my thigh. Tulips are my mom’s favorite flower and I think they’re pretty too and I wanted a colorful tattoo for her.
